About the role:

As a Business Analyst in Founder’s Office at Axestrack, you will drive digital transformation and improve operational efficiency by leveraging data analytics, business intelligence, and technology solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, enhance processes, and communicate data-driven insights to all levels of stakeholders. Your role will involve working on process automation, client-facing communication, and supporting the integration of digital tools to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate across functions to drive digital transformation initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
​​Solve complex problems using data-driven insights and hands-on data analytics expertise to drive business decisions.
Translate analytical findings into actionable business strategies by effectively communicating insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Implement digital tools and solutions to streamline internal operations and improve decision-making.
Work with cross-functional teams to collect and interpret data for actionable insights.
Lead projects that enhance process automation and drive cost-efficiency.

Requirements:

BTech/DualDegree from top IITs, NITs, BITS or Tier1 Engineering Colleges with 1-5 years of experience.
Prior entrepreneurial experience in IoT, Tech or B2B SAAS is a plus.
Strong proficiency in data analytics with hands-on experience in tools e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and drive cross-functional projects.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data insights into business strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
