Key Responsibilities:

Tech Product Implementation:
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and configure the product accordingly.
Install, configure, and integrate Axestrack’s solutions at the client site to ensure smooth operation.
Oversee the entire implementation process, including data migration, system setup, and system testing.

Project Management:
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, product, support) to ensure timely delivery.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for each client project.
Monitor project progress, proactively address challenges, and ensure deadlines are met.

Client Training & Support:
Deliver hands-on training and comprehensive documentation to ensure clients can fully utilize the product.
Provide technical assistance during the initial product rollout, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Maintain regular communication with clients to gather feedback, assess needs, and ensure satisfaction.

Post-Implementation Support:
Offer ongoing support after the product is live to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Act as the primary point of contact for any post-deployment issues, providing timely solutions to clients.

Requirements:

BTech/DualDegree from top IITs, NITs, BITS or Tier1 Engineering Colleges with 1-5 years of experience.
1-5 years in product implementation or client-facing roles. Experience in Fleet Telematics, Logistics or B2B SaaS is preferred.
Excellent spoken and written business English.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with good problem solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Comfortable with domestic and international travel as needed.
Flexible to work from the client’s office when required.
